Over 300 nurses and health care professionals attended “Healthcare Beyond our Backyard- An International View of Nursing and Healthcare Delivery” and Monroe Plan was well represented! . Everyone knows that Nurses are the heart of healthcare. The session was focused on sharing proven innovative ideas and best practices from around the world, discussing the future of nursing, and celebrating their contribution to our community. “Cracking the Code on Healthcare” is a twice-annual event held in Rochester, New York, to educate business and community leaders on ways to further improve healthcare in the area.
