Paid Time Off

Coordinates clinical care and community resource support for Medicaid members. BS degree in related field with 3 years of care coordination experience.
Nurse Case Manager
Coordinates clinical care and community resource support for defined, complex Medicaid members. RN with 5 years of experience in nursing or community based nursing.
Engages Medicaid members in care and supports socioeconomic needs of engaged members. HS diploma and 2 years community based outreach experience.
Health System Analyst
Extract and analyze medical data to drive business decisions. BS in Health Care or equivalent experience with health care analysis, programming, applied statistical reasoning, SQL, and/or visualization tools.
Utilization Review Nurse
Reviews requests for medical services for approval/denial per benefit coverage and medical policies. RN and 2 years medical experience or LCSW, LMSW and 3 years of behavioral health experience.
