Monroe Plan for Medical Care recently announced that Kim Hess, Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Hess succeeds Dennis Graziano, who will transition from CEO to a role on the company’s Board of Directors.
Hess has been with Monroe Plan for Medical Care for more than 15 years, serving as COO and driving operational excellence, innovation, and growth. Her deep knowledge of the company’s mission and her proven track record in shaping strategies position her to lead Monroe Plan into its next phase.
